The spring-tension design prevents wind from driving rain and snow through the flap. The bronze spring also allows for vertical installation. Stainless steel letter box sleeve available for 1' hollow-core doors; see accessory items. Also ships with optional hinging back plate for privacy and decorative appeal; see configuration options.
